EVENTS DISCLAIMER

By participating in any events organized by GUJARAT STATE PLASTICS MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION (GSPMA ), you agree to the following: GUJARAT STATE PLASTICS MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION (GSPMA ) events are provided with no special warranty either express or implied. The Organizers, including but not limited to the Founders, Committee Members, Advisory Board Members, Sponsors, etc., of GUJARAT STATE PLASTICS MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION (GSPMA ) events assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to property or persons whether arising in contract, negligence, equity, or otherwise. Participation in GUJARAT STATE PLASTICS MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION (GSPMA ) events is considered "at your own risk". All participants must use due care under the circumstances to comply with all rules, regulations, statutes, and laws of the INDIA.

You agree that you shall not bring any legal action against any of the Organizers of GUJARAT STATE PLASTICS MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION (GSPMA ) events for any claim waived and released under this Agreement. You further agree that should you bring any type of administrative or legal action arising out of claims waived under this Agreement, you will bear all legal fees and costs, including those of the Organizers.

GUJARAT STATE PLASTICS MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION (GSPMA ) also reserves the right to post any pictures taken during the events on its websites without asking permission of each individual that are in the pictures. (Discretion will be applied, where appropriate.)

GUJARAT STATE PLASTICS MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION (GSPMA ) reserves the right to exclude anyone from becoming an GUJARAT STATE PLASTICS MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION (GSPMA) member should they choose not to accept this Agreement.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: BY PARTICIPATING IN GUJARAT STATE PLASTICS MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION (GSPMA) EVENTS, YOU ARE GIVIN G UP ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE CLAIMS THAT YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST THE ORGANIZERS.
